Gas Engine Oils

ADDINOL gas engine oils were developed, in order to guarantee maximum efficiency and safe operation for communal heating / power stations. They are based on high-quality mineral oil raffinates, in combination with new additive technology and are specially tailored to the complex requirements of modern gas engines. ADDINOL can offer the right product for every gas type and all operating conditions. ADDINOL gas engine oils are used in biogas plants and in connection with landfill, sewage and colliery gases as well as natural gas.

Use ADDINOL gas engine oils, such as ADDINOL MG 40-Extra Plus for biogas plants or ADDINOL Eco Gas 4000 XD for operation with natural gas.

Addinol Gas Engine Oil MG 40 – Extra Plus is a high performance engine oil developed on the basis of new additive technologies oriented towards the application and its requirements as well as high quality mineral oil raffinates.

Eco Gas Engine Oil 4000 XD

Addinol Eco Gas 4000 XD is a high performance engine oil of the latest generation. It is developed on the basis of innovative additive technologies, which are tailored to practical application, and powerful high quality base oils.

Guideway Oils

ADDINOL guideway oils XG for the lubrication of horizontal and vertical guideways convince with carefully selected high-quality base oils and optimally matched zinc-free additives. They are characterized by their distinct demulsibility. If parts of the emulsion penetrate into them, they reliably separate the water part. Their lubricating effect remains undiminished. They are also designed to significantly reduce the frictional forces when starting up the facilities and effectively prevent stick-slip phenomena. ADDINOL guideway oils XG reliably protect against wear and harmonize perfectly with ADDINOL coolants.

Addinol Guideway Oil XG 32, XG 68, XG 220

Addinol Guideway oils XG are mixture of high quality mineral oil raffinates and special ash-free additives which prevent stick-slip effects. Furthermore, the oils are characterized by an excellent water separation ability, very good ageing stability and outstanding corrosion protection as well as improved load carrying capacity.

Hydraulic Oils

ADDINOL hydraulic fluids are ideally suited for use in stationary and mobile facilities. They are also suitable for special operating conditions, e.g. in fire-prone facilities, ecologically sensitive areas or in the food industry. Their performance far exceeds the minimum requirements of DIN 51524. Thanks to the ideal combination of high-quality base oils and carefully selected additives, they master the challenges of modern facilities, such as compact designs with small oil volumes, high operating pressures, improved surface treatment and special temperature conditions. They offer reliable protection against wear and corrosion in all applications. In addition, many of the ADDINOL hydraulic oils are designed for energy efficiency.

Addinol Hydraulic oils HLP are produce on the base of high quality mineral oil raffinates as well as a zinc-containing active substance combination which assures an increased ageing behaviour and improved anti-wear and corrosion-protective properties.

Addinol Hydraulic oils HL are high quality mineral oil raffinates containing additives to enhance ageing stability and protection against corrosion.

Hydraulic Oil HLPD 10, 22, 32, 46, 68

Addinol Hydraulic oils HLPD are detergent and dispersing hydraulic oils based on mineral oils. They are free of zinc and other heavy metals as well as silicone. The products are manufactured from high quality mineral oil raffinates with an effective agent combination improving the protection against corrosion, ageing and wear and having a cleaning effect in the hydraulic system at the same time.

Hydraulic Oil HVLP 15, 32, 46, 68

Addinol Hydraulic HVLP are mineral oil based, zinc-containing pressure fluids with an excellent viscosity temperature performance and possess relevant multi grade characteristics. This assures that even under extreme temperature variations or when starting the system at low temperatures, a maximum steadiness of the operational performance of the installation is ensured.

Hydraulic Oil HVLPD 46, 68

Addinol Hydraulic Oil HVLPD 46 and 68 are based on high quality mineral oil raffinates combined with a special additive combination from zinc, which improves ageing stability, corrosion protective performance and wear protection properties.

FG Hydraulic Oil 68

Addinol FG Hydraulic Oil 68 is based on mineral white oil. All ingredients are physiologically harmless according to the European guidelines and NSF category H1; they meet the accepted FDA standards. Addinol FG Hydraulic Oil 68 is of a light colour and neutral in smell and taste.

Gear Oils

Longer lifetimes, increased operational safety and cost reductions are just some of the benefits of ADDINOL industrial gear oils. They have been developed in close co-operation with leading gearbox and systems manufacturers as well as research institutes. New technologies, such as Surftec® or Advantec Formula, ensure that ADDINOL high-performance gear oils of the Eco Gear range can also offer optimum performance under the most extreme loads and temperatures, for example in wind power generation. Benefit from the advantages of ADDINOL industrial gear oils on the basis of mineral, synthetic, PAO-based or silicone-free base oils for applications under the highest loads with maximum wear protection.

Addinol Gear Oils CKT are demulsifying, fully synthetic gear oils based on synthetic components (POA) and zinc free additives.

Addinol Gear Oils CLP are based on selected mineral oil raffinates and an ideally tailored, zinc free additive combination. Temperature range up to +100°C.

The Addinol Gear Oil series CLP MW is produced on the basis of selected mineral oil raffinates and an optimally adjusted additive combination. It is characterized by excellent corrosion protection, high thermal resistance and particularly high wear protection.

Eco Gear 100 M, 150 M, 220 M, 320 M, 460 M, 680 M

Addinol Eco Gear M are high performance gear oils based on selected mineral components and specially developed additivation (Surftec® technology) Temperature range from -10°C up to +100°C.

Eco Gear 100 S, 150 S, 220 S, 320 S, 460 S, 680 S

Addinol Eco Gear S are silicone free high performance gear oils based on synthetic components (POA) and a specially developed additivation (Surftec® technology). Temperature range from -30°C up to +120°C, short term temperature peak +150°C.

Chain Lubricants

In the field of chain lubricants, ADDINOL has specialised in high-temperature applications. On the basis of synthetic components with special additives, ADDINOL chain lubricants are suitable for conveyor chains, rollers or drive belts with a high thermal load, as can be found in pass-through furnaces, dries, film spreading systems or press lines. Even at high loads and speeds, ADDINOL high-temperature chain oils effectively prevent crusting and deposits.

Chain Lube XHT 50, 150, 250, 3000

Addinol Chain Lube XHT oils are fully synthetic, silicone free high performance lubricants based on saturated complex esters with high thermal stability and a special additive composition to improve ageing, corrosion and wear protection.

Chain Lube XHT 50 Spray, XHT 250 Spray, XHT 3000 Spray

Addinol Chain Lube XHT Sprays are fully synthetic, silicone free high performance lubricants for high temperature applications based on special complex esters with high thermal stability and a special additive composition to improve the ageing, corrosion and wear protecting parameters. Addinol Chain Lube XHT.Sprays are available in three different viscosity ranges providing the best solution for each application.

Corrosion Protection Oils

Reliable protection against corrosion plays an important role for all lubricants. However, there are also applications that require specific corrosion protection that goes far beyond normal requirements. For example, reliable preservation and conservation is indispensable for the storage of parts, components and tools or for longer transport routes of finished products. In these applications the ADDINOL corrosion protection oils have already proven themselves many times.

ADDINOL corrosion protection oils are odorless and solvent-free. They can be applied simply by dipping, spraying or painting and are practical to use.

Addinol Anti Corrosion Oils KO 7 C, KO 32 C

The anti-corrosion oils KO 7 C and KO 32 C are high grade mineral oils free of solvents, which contain inhibitors and other effective agents.

Addinol Addicor 220 / 320 Anti Corrosion Protection Fluid

Addinol Addicor 220 and 320 are mineral oil based anti-corrosion protection fluid for increased protection against corrosion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They excel by its wetting and adhesive properties on metallic surfaces as well as its anti-wear protection, load carrying capacity and high efficient anti-corrosion additives.

Addinol Weapon Oil W 18

Addinol Weapon Oil W 18 is a preservation and cleaning fluid based on synthetic hydr°carbons and carboxylic acid esters. This oil contains corrosion inhibitors and anti-wear additives as well. Service temperature: -54°C to + 150°C.

Food and Beverage Industry

The production and packaging of food, beverages, animal feed, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics places special demands on the lubricants used. They must not only meet the high requirements for use in gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic systems and chains, but also comply with strict food law guidelines for consumer protection. The lubricating oil of the ADDINOL FoodProof series have been specially formulated for these requirements and are registered according to NSF H1. They have also been certified as kosher and halal.

Foodproof CLP 220 WX, CLP 320 WX

Addinol Foodproof CLP 220 WX and CLP 320 WX are industrial gear oils based on white oil in ISO-VG 220 and 320. All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof CLP WX are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II. Application temperature from -10°C up to +100°C.

Foodproof HLP 46 WX, HLP 68 WX

Addinol Foodproof HLP 46 WX and HLP 68 WX are hydraulic oils based on white oil ISO-VG 46 and 68. All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof HLP WX are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II. Application temperature from 0°C up to +90°C.

Foodproof HLP 15 S, 22 S, 32 S, 46 S, 68 S, 100 S

Addinol Foodproof HLP S are fully synthetic hydraulic oils based on POA. The products are characterised by its neutral smell and light colour.

All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof HLP S are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II.

Foodproof VDL 32 S, 46 S, 68 S, 100 S, 150 S

Addinol Foodproof VDL S are high performance compressor oils based on POA. The products are characterised by its neutral smell and light colour.

All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof HLP S are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II. Application temperature from -35°C up to +120°C.

Foodproof XHF 15 S, 32 S, 150 S, 460 S, 680 S

Addinol Foodproof XHF S are high performance chain oils based on POA. The products are characterised by its neutral smell and light colour.

All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof XHF S are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II. Operating temperature from -30°C up to 250°C, with correspondingly short relubrication intervals. ISO-VG 32 applicable from -40°C.

Foodproof UNI 15 S, 32 S, 46 S, 68 S, 100 S, 150 S, 220 S, 320 S, 460 S, 680 S, 1000 S

Addinol Foodproof UNI S are high performance oils based on POA. The products are characterised by its neutral smell and light colour. All ingredients of Addinol Foodproof UNI …. S are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II.

Oils for Metalworking

Coolants are essential for the chipping and chipless forming of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. They cool, lubricate, rinse and remove separated particles, chips and foreign matter. The result of the machining pr°cess is decisively influenced by the coolant used and its quality. ADDINOL coolants have proven themselves a thousand times over for many years. Addinol Penta Fluid DW 08

Addinol Penta Fluid DW 08 is an anti-corrosion agent based on solvates with low PAH content, corrosion inhibitors and surface active substances.

Textile machine Oil

Special conditions in the textile industry require the use of high-performance lubricants. In addition to the typical stresses caused by high temperatures, dust, fluff and the strong influence of water, increasing production speeds place increased demands on the lubricant at a high level. We offer a wide range of lubricating oils, greases and sprays, tailor-made for use in the different production stages and the various machine types of the textile industry.

Additex SW 22, SW 32, SW 46

Additex SW 22, SW 32, SW 46 are special industrial oils based on high quality mineral oils. Special additives ensure a good wear protection for the lubrication of needles and sinkers of knitting and circular knitting machines. These products quickly emulsify with water and washing solutions generally used in textile industry and thus they guarantee a good washing out effect of the oil from textiles.

Greases

The versatile and efficient ADDINOL high-performance lubricating greases ensure fault-free running and the operational safety of your systems. They protect friction points against external influences, such as spray water, moisture and soiling and actively combat wear and corrosion. Here, lubrication greases are used if lubrication points cannot be supplied with oil or their seal is difficult to handle.

Multi-Purpose Grease L 2, L 2 G, L 3

The Addinol Multi-purpose greases L 2, L 2 G and L 3 are lithium soap greases based on mineral oil. A selected additive combination guarantees high ageing stability and reliable corrosion protection. Temperature range: -30°C up to +120°C, short term peak up to +130°C.

Anti-Corrosion Grease SW 2

Addinol Anti corrosion grease SW 2 is a multi-purpose lubricating grease based on mineral oil and special calcium soap as thickener. Temperature range from -25°C up to +80°C.

Hightemp EK 2

Addinol Hightemp EK 2 is a lithium complex soap based on mineral oil with EP additives. Temperature range from -30°C up to +150°C, short term peak up to +200°C.

Addinol EP Multi-Grade Grease LM 1 EP, LM 2 EP, LM 3 EP

Addinol EP Multi-Grade Grease LM 1 EP, LM 2 EP and LM 3 EP are lithium soap greases on mineral oil basis. They are EP blended and inhibited against corrosion and ageing. Temperature range from -30°C up to +130°C, for short term application even up to +140°C.

FG Grease AL 00, 1, 2

Greases from the ADDINOL FG Grease AL range are white coloured aluminium complex soap greases based on synthetic base oils (PAO) and containing both EP additives and white solid lubricants as well. These special greases are odourless, tasteless, physiologically harmless and fulfill the FDA purity requirements of guideline 21 CFR 178.3570. They are suitable for use in areas of the food pr°cessing industry where an incidental contact of lubricant and food cannot be excluded. Service temperature: -45°C up to +160°C.

Wear Protect HTP 2

Addinol Wear Protect HTP 2 is a water-resistant, EP grease which stands high loads and is based on mineral oil and special lithium calcium soap as thickner. Temperature range from -20°C up to +120°C.

Hightemp XFT 2

Addinol Hightemp XFT 2 is a thermally stable lubricating grease based on synthetic oil and a special organic polymer. Temperature range from -30°C up to +180°C, short term temperature peak up to +200°C.

Longlife Grease HS 2

Addinol Longlife Grease HS 2 is a special grease made from a low viscous synthetic base oil and a lithium complex soap. The product contains EP additives and has good anti-corrosion properties. Service temperature range from -60°C up to +140°C.

Multiplex FD 2

ADDINOL Multiplex FD 2 is a light-coloured aluminium complex soap grease based on medical white oil. This special grease is odorless, tasteless, physiologically harmless and fulfill the FDA purity requirements of guideline 21 CFR 178.3570. It is suitable for use in areas of the food pr°cessing industry where an incidental contact of lubricant and food cannot be excluded. Service temperature: -20°C up to +140°C.

Turbine Oils

ADDINOL turbine oils were developed specially for use in water, gas and steam turbines (with and without gears) as well for turbo compressors and transmission compressors (Turbine Oil MT series) entwickelt. They stand out through their carefully selected, high-quality base oils and perfectly matched, zinc-free additives. In particular, when using turbines in power stations, reliable operation is of decisive importance. Faults, failures and unplanned downtimes endanger the supply security and can cause enormous costs. Use ADDINOL turbine oils to guarantee long service lives of systems and lubricants as well as to minimise the time and costs for maintenance and oil changes.

Turbine Oil MT 32, MT 46, MT 68

Addinol Turbine Oil MT 32, MT 46 and MT 68 are lubrication and control fluids especially developed for gas and steam turbines as well as for turbo compressors. They are based on selected, high quality hydro crack base oils and an optimally adjusted zinc free additive combination. Due to special high temperature additives, these products ensure excellent thermal oxidative stability also at high temperatures in the oil circulation system typical of gas turbines.

Turbines Oil TL 32, 46, 68, 100

Addinol Turbine Oils TL are based on high quality mineral oil raffinates. They contain a zinc free additive combination, which guarantees corrosion protection and outstanding ageing behaviour.

Compressor Oils

The ideal combination of high-quality base oils and highly effective additives guarantees outstanding performance of ADDINOL compressor oils. Oils of the VDL and VDL S series ensure excellent corrosion and aging protection even under the most difficult conditions. The use in screw, rotation and piston compressors places special demands on the temperature stability of the lubricants used. In addition, a low deposit and carbonization inclination plays an important role in component cleanliness and efficient operation. Thanks to minimal evaporation losses, ADDINOL compressor oils achieve optimum oil change intervals.

Compressor Oil VDL 46, 68, 100, 150

Addinol Compressor oils VDL are highly ageing resistant lube oils for air compressors of all construction types in ISO VG 150. The ideal combination of high quality mineral oil raffinates and effective additives guarantees an outstanding performance and ensures excellent corrosion protection and ageing resistance as well as a low tendency to form carbon residues and deposits.

Addinol Compressor Oils VDL ….S consist of synthetic oils (POA) and a highly efficient additive combination for the improvement of ageing stability, corrosion as well as wear protection.

Heat Transfer Oils

Many industrially manufactured products and their production pr°cesses require heat. Direct heat supply is often not possible or has disadvantages. A heat transfer system can help. It works indirectly via heat-transfer oils based on mineral oil or special synthetic liquids. Heat transfer oils are generally in continuous use and must function trouble-free for many years: They have a particularly high temperature resistance. ADDINOL heat-transfer oil XW 15 is based on synthetic base oils and has proven its high performance in practice many times. The product achieves significantly extended oil operating life compared to mineral lubricating oils.

Heat Transfer Oil XW 30 M 250

Addinol Heat Transfer Oil XW 30 M 250 consists of high quality mineral oil raffinates and an active agent for the improvement of oxidation stability and corrosion protection.

Heat Transfer Oil XW 15

Heat Transfer oil XW 15 is a synthetic fluid based on alkylated aromatic hydr°carbons (alkylbenzene). The ideal combination of base oil components guarantees best corrosion protection and improved oxidation stability in closed heating systems.

Heat Transfer Oil XW 75

Addinol Heat transfer oil XW 75 is a synthetic fluid based on polymers with excellent temperature and ageing stability.
